So how many do you have? If you don't eat wheat then it's easy AF to get them down you IMO!
I get 10+ on most days, maybe not everyday. Not too difficult but you do have to be well organised.
16-20 here If you don't eat wheat or processed foods its easy to get - especially as nuts, seeds and beans count. But I can also see how its easy to have very little if you follow a standard diet.
