This is currently one of my favourite recipes as its so easy to make and all the flavours work really well with the tofu. You could have it inside a burger or a bun but I tend to just make a whole block of tofu into it and have it on its own. If you can use a non-stick pan as it allows you to get it crispier, as you can see in the video I don't have one while I'm on the road but the end result was still great.

Let me know what you think of the recipe and how you get on with it below :)

Never had teriyaki before, but I like all of the ingredients apart from the rice vinegar. Will give it a try and maybe add a tiny bit of the rice vinegar after its cooked to check I like it added. Will white wine vinegar work just as well?

Looks fab though, that shot half eaten looks amazing and tasty.

White wine vinegar has a strong taste, if its all you have then you can use it but maybe only add 1/3 of the amount so that you don't overpower it. If you don't like vinegar tastes much this recipe will still work really well without any vinegar in it.
